My journey in DisAbility services began in 2014 when I started my work experience supporting a day centre group with MS. With each passing step, I’ve soaked up knowledge and experience, constantly shaping my understanding and insights in the sector.
While working with large companies, I’ve witnessed first-hand the incredible resilience of people with DisAbility. Yet, it is impossible to ignore the harsh reality of abuse and neglect that some participants, families, and even staff team endure.

Our Services

Day Centre Services
Typically refer to the structured programs or that are provided by Day Centre participants for their daily activities. These programs are designed to offer age-appropriate and engaging activities to help them learn, socialize, and stay active throughout the day.

Weekend Programs
Provide access to activities typically held on weekends, aiming to encourage engagement, promote health, and build new skills. Activities include socializing, excursions, team sports, and more. Support ranges from 1-on-1 to 1-on-3. Contact the program for more.

Community Access Support
Provides individual support for participants to access the community and participate in activities of their choice. This service supports people to maintain their home environment, emotionally and physically increase their independence.

Assistance with Daily Life
NDIS assistance with daily life provides assistance or supervision of personal tasks during day-to-day life that enables the participant to live as independently as possible.

Respite
Our short term accommodation (STA) supports people with DisAbility to live independently, while taking a break from family or those that care for them. Breaks can be overnight, for a weekend or for a few weeks.
