Hi, I’m Cesar.My journey in DisAbility services began in 2014 when I started my work experience supporting a day centre group with MS. With each passing step, I’ve soaked up knowledge and experience, constantly shaping my understanding and insights in the sector.
While working with large companies, I’ve witnessed first-hand the incredible resilience of people with DisAbility. Yet, it is impossible to ignore the harsh reality of abuse and neglect that some participants, families, and even staff team endure.
In early 2020, DisAbility United was born from a deep desire to make a meaningful impact and better serve our community. Our core values of Respect, Care, and Love are the pillars guiding every aspect of our mission and service.
